Le Holiday Feast

Freshpet makes refrigerated food and treats for dogs and cats using natural ingredients. You’ve probably seen their stuff at all the stores.

They made a video for their website of 13 dogs and one cat sitting down for a holiday feast…with human hands. Yeah, we’ve seen the human hands thing before but this video tickled me because of the dogs’ interactions. I actually could relate some of the canines to some actual family members, especially the one with a flask.

Here, for your enjoyment, is Le Holiday Feast:

  1. I see what you mean…I too recognise some members of the party – the sampler of another’s dinner included…

Kyla would have loved to attend that. She would love to be eating and not the dog that was stealing the silverware, er, make that aluminumware.

Of course the cat was at the head of the table! What a riot this was–those two dogs in the red sweaters rubbing their stomachs…..what a hoot!

Hilarious! Def resembles my family’s holiday meals right down to the flask swigger and texting teenager.

I like the one with glasses. I don’t think licking a saxophone counts as playing it. Because if it does, I play saxophone. These dogs seem calm, much different all of the 257 pit bulls at the city “no-kill” shelter, which lunge at you with the death growl of aggression. I should like to dine with your Christmas dogs, granted there are no (as they say euphemistically in adoption ads now) “pitties” or “staffordshire terriers.” Does that make me a breedist?

  7. Priceless! I spotted a few family members among the table–especially the happy ones with their *special* grape juice–Jack Henry unfortunately would be the one *helping* everyone else clean their plates-thanks for sharing!
